This program was designed to allow someone new to harps to acquire one so they could try it out.  The upside for you is that you don't have to make a large initial investment.  An additional upside for you is that the rental is spread over nine months to correlate to a school year.  Another upside for you , at the end of the rental period, 100% of the rental money you've put into your rental harp can be applied to the purchase of any stock or custom harp that I make.  The upside for me is that I may introduce another great harpist to the world, and, I may be able to provide them with harps!

Please, peruse our Rental Agreement .

Celtic Honey Harp
This harp is constructed of hard maple with an aircraft birch soundboard. It is strung from G3 (low) to G6 (high) with 22 nylon strings.  It is 37" tall, 18" deep, 9 1/2" wide and weighs a little over 9#.  These 'starter' harps have a round back of engineering grade cardboard covered with leatherette.  All-in-all, it's a great sound from a great looking rough and tumble harp that's very transportable.  Feedback from experienced harpists who tested the prototype suggests that "this isn't a 'student grade' harp at all; the sound will compete with anything".
